Why Shop online with The Savvy Garden?
Shopping online with The Savvy Garden has never been easier. At The Savvy Garden we aim to make shopping with us an enjoyable and hassle free experience. Because we operate solely online we do not have the overheads and expenses associated with running a bricks and mortar shop front. This means we are able to offer a far greater variety of products at extremely reasonable prices. It also saves you valuable time and money that you would otherwise spend travelling from store to store trying to find the right products and with the price of petrol these days, that's a real savvy way to do your shopping, your wallet will certainly thank you!
Is shopping online Safe?
At The Savvy Garden your privacy and the security of your information is of paramount importance to us. All our online payments are processed using CommWeb which is a premium e-commerce payment gateway. This system uses industry-standard 128bit SSL encryption between our website and The CommWeb payment server making it highly secure.
How does online payment work?
We use a system that is known as a three party bank-hosted model which provides you with even greater security as your credit card details are never entered or stored on our website. Once it comes time to pay for your item our site redirects you to the CommWebb page on a secure server which is operated by the Commonwealth Bank. You will be asked to enter your details and once the payment is complete you are automatically redirected back to The Savvy Garden Site, it's that easy!

Where do your products come from?
The Savvy Garden sources the most beautiful range of outdoor décor and garden products from Australia and around the world from classical to contemporary and unique one off pieces.
Why do your delivery times vary?
The Savvy Garden sources products from Suppliers all over Australia. The majority of our goods are dispatched from our supplier's warehouses directly to your door. This saves considerable money on freight and double handling of the product which means greater savings to you our customer. This means that when ordering multiple items they may come from different suppliers and arrive at different times. The time frame is dependent on the location of our suppliers.
What happens if a product I want to purchase is out of stock?
All our items show you the expected reordering time that applies if a product you are ordering is not in stock at the time of purchase. Should a product you have purchased be out of stock we will notify you before placing your order with our supplier. We will then notify you of the expected delivery time and ask you if you would like to proceed with the order.
Do you sell to Landscapers, Designers etc?
Yes absolutely, we offer a trade price to trade customers wanting to purchase our products.
Do I need to be present when the goods are delivered?
Yes, this is very important as you can appreciate we want to ensure that your goods arrive safely to you and this means they must be signed for. If somebody is not there to sign for the goods when they are delivered the courier will take the item back to the depot and will leave a card informing you that they have made a delivery attempt. You will then be required to call the number on the card and arrange a new delivery time. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for further information about deliveries. |
